DMCA / Copyright Policy

If you believe material on QuidPro infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated Copyright Manager (see contact information below). To be effective, your notice should include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific listing or material you believe is infringing, including a link or other information sufficient for us to locate it.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to material identified in a notice before determining the merits of the claim. Removal is not an admission that the material infringes.

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. To be effective, it should include your name, address, and phone number; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district); and your physical or electronic signature.

QuidPro maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate cases, the accounts of sellers we determine to be repeat infringers.
