Terms & Content Policy

QuidPro is a marketplace for student-created study outlines. When you list an outline, you confirm that:

• It is your own original work.
• You actually took the course, and can show proof (a course dashboard screenshot, redacted transcript, or enrollment record).
• Professor slides, handouts, exam banks, commercial study guides, or any professor-provided or copyrighted materials are strictly forbidden on the QuidPro platform.

Dishonesty and violations of QuidPro's Terms & Content Policy will result in removal and a permanent ban from selling on QuidPro.

We verify the course proof for each outline. Approval confirms the seller provided proof of enrollment. It is not an endorsement of quality. Quality is reflected in buyer ratings.

Buyers pay by card and download instantly. Sellers receive 75% of each sale; QuidPro retains a 25% platform fee. Payouts are handled through Stripe. Because outlines are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final. If an outline is misleading or violates our policy, report it. We review all reports and remove listings when warranted. Refunds may be given only in exceptional circumstances.

Only verified buyers can rate an outline. Anyone can report a listing they believe breaks our rules. Reports go to our review team.

We collect only what we need to run the marketplace: your email (for sign-in and receipts), your listings and purchases, and, for sellers, payout details handled by Stripe. Documents submitted in support of course enrollment verification are visible only to our review team and are never shown publicly. Only a seller's username is publicly visible. We don't sell your personal data.
